John Varvatos Stuart House Benefit

Yesterday was the 9th Annual John Varvatos Stuart House benefit, so my sister and I went up to LA for the weekend to attend the festivities! I ate at some of my favorite spots, shopped, caught up with old friends, and spotted some great celebs at the super fun event. Here's some pictures from the weekend:

Also saw Zoe Saldana looking beautiful but the size of half a wafer, Steve/Jimmy from Shameless (Justin Chatwin) looking so hot and hipster in real life, James Van Der Beek with his adorable daughter, Alice Cooper, Judd Apatow who was the co-chair with his lovely wife, Justin Chambers from Grey's Anatomy, Bill Bellamy and lots of others!! I missed Rachel Zoe and Roger, Emmy Rossum, and Nina Dobrev and I'm STILL crying about it. Boo effing hoo, I hate how I'm the slowest human and late to everything.

P.S. Do my legs look like Angelina's yet?! Hopefully soon...

Work Into Wardrobe

I  tried out some some Dickies Girl Classic Skinnies and I must say they're pretty comfortable! I always thought of Dickies as sort of a workwear label, but this stuff is really fun to work into my everyday wardrobe. 

I worked the black slimfit pants as leggings, which you can wear with just about anything. Definitely a staple in my wardrobe. Sweater: LF Stores. Gray tank: LNA

This button down oxford shirt works well with sweaters, under dresses, or unbuttoned with cutoff shorts. Sweater: Urban Outfitters. Necklace: Forever 21. Bracelets: David Yurman, UO, Forever 21. Nail Polish: Essie Mint Candy Apple

I went for a schoolgirl-chic look by pairing this polo shirt with a black faux leather a-line skirt. Cinching at the smallest part of my body, the skirt still makes wearing a masculine polo part of a feminine look. Skirt: H&M. Socks: UO. Bracelet/rings: Forever 21. Necklace: Banana Republic (old).

Dickies Girl

Dickies Girl is shooting their new lookbook for their women's pants at our studio in Irvine and I helped do the models'  hair for the shoot. So exciting!!!
